Davina O'Donnell is an award-winning real estate agent who has been licensed for more than twenty years. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2012 where she specializes in home sales, probate transactions with both full and limited authority and Relocation Services. She is also a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, a member of the exclusive Berkshire Hathaway Lux Group and a Certified Negotiation Expert.
She brings with her a public relations and marketing background in which she created and focused on publicity campaigns and product marketing at Los Angeles firms, Wolf-Kasteler and the Spindler Organization. In addition, she prides herself on her steadfastness, professionalism and unstoppable work ethic. She is undaunted by even the toughest deals and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients.
Davina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles. She is a founding member of the ALLBRIGHT, a global
women's networking group. Additionally, she serves as a voting member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR) Grievance/Ethics committee.
When she's not selling houses, she enjoys reading, going to the beach and continues supporting her children's schools, Pitzer College and Harvard-Westlake. She is a wife and mother of two boys, Evan and Ryan.
Davina grew up in Los Angeles and now resides in Sherman Oaks.
